A lo largo de su carrera de 18 años de producir house, trance, breaks y progressive matt ha vendido alrededor de 2millones de albumes y sencillos con numeros top 10 y top 20 en los mejores listados mundiales.

Las producciones de matt han tenido una gran influencia en muchos de los dj's top del mundo tales como paul Oakenfold, armin van buuren, paul van dyk, above and beyond y muchos mas.
Ademas matt darey tiene un proyecto llamado urban astronauts el cual es una banda que toca en vivo el cual fusiona infuencias del indie con EDM(electronic dance music).

La verdad se lo recomiendo es un increible dj, tal vez han visto el nombre urban astronauts en canciones como See the sun, black flowers, empezamos pues los nocturnal salen cada 8 dias y son pura energia, puro solle, disfrutenlo y distribuyan el conocimiento a otros oyentes de la electronica y oyentes que quieren conocer; Empezamos desde el nocturnal 249 del 15 de mayo y se ira actualizando conforme salgan mas sets de nocturnal
